Florida man accused of robbing victim who refused to buy him Wendy’s chicken nuggets

June 23 Florida Man — A Florida Man robbed a customer from Wendy’s after the victim refused to buy him some chicken nuggets last Thursday, June 23.

According to the police report, Florida Man allegedly approached the unsuspecting victim outside of Wendy’s as he was getting out of his car, to ask if he could get him some chicken nuggets.

The victim refused and said that he only had enough money for his own meal.

Florida Man then pointed a semi-automatic gun with an extended magazine at the victim while exiting the establishment. FM, who the police identified as 34-year-old John Earl Taylor, demanded the victim’s gold chain and car keys before taking off using the victim’s car.

He was eventually spotted the following day and tried to flee from the police using the stolen vehicle–although he didn’t make it very far. He crashed only a few blocks away and sustained minor injuries as a result.
